No more dreading that 6 AM step onto oak floors
For eight months, my first step out of bed felt like stepping barefoot onto broken glass. My podiatrist told me rule number one is zero barefoot steps on hardwood, even walking to the kitchen for coffee. I keep these right beside my nightstand now. You feel the soft fleece first and then that firm arch locks right under your foot. Four mornings in, my heel pain dropped from an 8 down to barely noticeable.
